Here are the recipes that I made for Thanksgiving that I thought you all would like to try in your own families.

Pumpkin Crunch

1 pkg yellow cake mix

1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk

1 can (15 oz) pumpkin

3 eggs

1 1/2 cup sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup chopped pecans

1 cup butter (it has to be REAL!)

whipped topping

Preheat oven to 350* Grease bottom of a 9×13 pan. combine pumpkin, evap milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl. Pour into  the 9×13 pan. Sprinkle the cake mix, dry, over the pumpkin batter. Sprinkle pecans over it. Melt your butter and pour over the top of the cake mix.

Bake at 350* for 50-55 min or until golden brown. Cool, serve chilled. top with whipped topping when served.

Refrigerate leftovers, if there are any! 🙂
